Welcome to STMAI8.PRO. These Terms of Service govern your use of our AI Pricing Calculator platform. Please read them carefully before using our service.
By accessing or using the STMAI8.PRO platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use STMAI8.PRO
To use the full features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use STMAI8.PRO for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service, or use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others.
The platform, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by STMAI8.PRO and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without prior written permission.
Our platform is a multi-tenant system. Each organization data is isolated and accessible only to users within that organization and authorized super administrators. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations. STMAI8.PRO implements technical controls to enforce this isolation.
Certain features of STMAI8.PRO are available through paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees on the schedule specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We may offer free trial periods for our paid plans. During a free trial, you have access to the full features of the platform at no charge. At the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded to the free tier unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for cause, including violation of these Terms of Service. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
If you wish to permanently delete your organization's data and all associated user accounts from the STMAI8.PRO platform, please submit a written request to us via email. Upon receiving your request, we will initiate a complete data cleansing process across our systems. All organization data, user records, and associated information will be permanently removed within 30 days of the verified request. Once the deletion process is complete, we will send you an official confirmation email as acknowledgment. Please note that this action is irreversible and cannot be undone once confirmed.
STMAI8.PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to STMAI8.PRO in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and if unresolved, through arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
